You can retrain your brain to get happy again and regain focus by rereading the sales page that made you sign up in the first place. This also helps to remind you of whats important and why you're doing this.

4. Make a list at of all the things you did for your business at the end of the day. Many people don't realize all the effort they put into their online business success. They don't acknowledge their own accomplishments and thus it becomes easy to forget how much work you are actually doing.

When you write it down and actually look at it, you boost your confidence in yourself and your business. The more confident you feel about what you are doing now the more you want to do later. This helps you to stay focused on your working online business plan and can help prevent you from seeking other opportunities before yours is a success.
